Description
The 1974 MGB Mark III was available as either a roadster or GT Coupe. The base engine continued to be an overhead-valve four-cylinder engine displacing 109.8 cubic-inches and offering nearly 80 horsepower. A V8 engine was available, bringing horsepower to 137 HP. This was the final year for the Mark III version and received very few changes. The most noticeable were larger bumper guards. The standard transmission was a four-speed manual with synchromesh on all gears. Disc brakes were in the front with drums at the rear.
