Released in 1969 and made in Mount Clemens, Michigan.

The MPC 1969 Impala Convertible is a holy grail kit. Just try to find one complete and unbuilt. We received this kit in factory sealed inside condition from a high-end collector.We noticed that the windshield cowl has a clean break inside the sealed parts bag. Due to the way these kits were packed, this is a common issue on convertibles of this era.It should be an easy repair. Please see the pictures in the photo rotation. We also notice that there are slight tire marks on the custom bubble top. Typically, these can be polished out. We have a picture of the top in the photo rotation. The tires have been bagged separately to prevent any further problems. This kit would sell for $400 if it did not have the cowl issue.Of course if one were building the custom version, the cowl is not even an issue.
