Ford GT-40 (1/25) (fs)
Original Vintage - Iconic
This
GT-40, resplendent in America's international racing color, is the one
driven by Californian Phil Hill (World's Driving Champion, 1961) and
Bruce McLaren of New Zealand in its first outing at Le Mans in 1964.
This original GT-40 was to become the prototype for all the winning Ford
GTs.
Being a very complex kit with about 150 parts and having a
tough skill level 3 difficulty rating, this model is only recommended
for fairly accomplished advanced builders. Kits from this "Famous Fords
Series" have been amazing modelers for decades. The intricate level of
detail and authenticity set the bar higher for future kits.
This
kit came to us from a high-end collection. The box has sustained slight wear from storage. We have resealed loose parts inside as well as resealed the box for protection and care. Please note that the decal is severlly worn.
