1968 Dick Landy Dart GTS with Landy Figure 1/25 detailed kit (Authentic Dodge 440 Power Plant)

Issued by Revell in 1995. Drag Racing Fans in the 1960's always had an easy time spotting one of the cars championed by Dick Landy, the Chrysler Super Stock king. First, they usually won their heat; second, they wre painted in a tasteful and colorful scheme and finally, who else could it be, drag racing witha n unlit cigar in his mouth? Dandy Dick Landy, of course! Dick's 440 powered '68 Dart GTS was one of his all-time favorites. The kit features a highly detailed 440 cu in 4 bbl engine and chassis with jacked up rear suspension and mag wheels on drag slicks. Check out the picture of Rod Cook's sweet build of this model. Rod took first place in the "Out of the Box Class" at the Kansas Heartland Nationals as featured in the 2010 Scale Auto Contest Cars Edition.
