Jeff Burton made his NASCAR Winston Cup Debut in the inaugural race at Loudon in 1993, and after going on to win "Rookie of the Year", he moved up the ranks every year posting three wins in 1997 including the Interstate Batteries 500, the Jiffy Lube 300 and the Hanes 500.
