The Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class is the first generation of the Mercedes-Benz range of compact luxury roadsters produced by Mercedes-Benz between 1996 and 2004. SLK stands for the company’s design mission to create a sportlich (sporty), leicht (light) and kurz (compact) roadster, and is based on a shortened platform of the W202 Mercedes C-Class.

Kompressor is a marketing name that Mercedes-Benz used for supercharged engines. The term is not widely used by other motor manufacturers.

While this kit does not feature an opening hood with a detailed engine, every other authentic detail is included in this beautiful curbside model. The wheels and tires are worth the price of admission as they are pre-assembled vinyl tires on alloy wheels
