This beautiful George Barris Customized Kit Issued in 1962 and made in the USA remains in remarkable near mint condition. The parts are all in tact and still on the trees for the most part. Loose parts have been bagged separately. The chrome tree is bright and perfect as all chrome parts are still on the tree. We notice one small deficiency. There is about a quarter inch piece missing from the vent window frame. The detached piece is present and bagged with the windshield making for an easy repair. The cowl is perfect. We note one tiny tire mark on the windshield near the bottom which can be buffed out or will disappear under the defrost vents when built. We also note that the decal is missing, but 60 year old decals are rarely usable anyway.
