1963 Corvette (4 'n 1) Stock, Road Racer, Street Custom, Drag (1/16)
The MPC 1:16 Scale '63 Sting Ray is one of the memorable kits of all time. Culminating in the Rod Shop Version that has become a holy grail for collectors and modelers alike, this is the 1971 First Issue. Molded in yellow, this kit is sealed inside, pristine and complete. The opaque parts are all on trees and factory sealed. The chrome trees are brilliant, and never were sealed. A couple of chrome parts are off the trees, but accounted for and present. The decal is in tact, but great care would have to be taken if one attempted to use it. We suggest Microscale DP127 a product we sell to coat the decal prior to usage. The box on this one shows average shelf wear, but is excellent for it's age. The pictures in the rotation are from the box of this particular kit. We have resealed this kit on the outside to preserve the box and keep the contents in tact.
