1953 Corvette Convertible Diecast and Plastic Kit (1/24) (fs) c.1977

Providing a cool change of pace, all you have to worry about here is prepping and painting the metal body as the other parts are molded in color. These kits are factory sealed in mint condition, but we found a picture of a parts spread of an open kit online which you can view in the picture rotation.

This kit came to us from a family that used to own a wholesale Hobby Distributorship in New England. When they shut the business down, they kept samples of all of the coolest items. So kits from this lot have never even been in a retail store. Despite their heritage, the kits are 35 years old and normal light storage wear is to be expected.
