Wonderful AMT Annual kit in mint sealed condition. Hailing from 1977, this kit and other AMT 1977 annuals celebrated the ubiquitous CB culture that was dominating the highways at the time. When driving a 454 Big Block Corvette on highways with an absurdly low "double-nickle" federal speed limit, a man needed a CB radio to protect his wallet from Smokey and his colleagues, ten-four? This kit celebrates a fun time in the USA when traveling meant joining a caravan of cars and big rig trucks all connected together with those great little CB radios. The kit even includes a dictionary of CB lingo borrowed from the truckers bringing back memories to those of us who had our ears on.
