1962 Ford Falcon Ranchero Flower Series (2 'n 1) Stock or Custom (1/25)
Made in USA and released in 1962.
This kit is part of collection we bought that came out of a retail store that closed in the late 70's. All of the kits, including this one, were factory sealed and had been sitting in the climate controlled house of the owner of the hobby shop. His widow recently sold us the whole lot which included about 300 mint unopened AMT, Hubley, Johan, MPC, Monogram and Revell kits dating back to the early 1960's. We will be listing these kits as they arrive. With many of the kits, we have broken the seal and opened them just to make sure no damage has occurred thru time such as windshield cowl breaks or severe tire burn. Since tire burn can be an issue with kits from this era, on most of these kits we have bagged and sealed the tires to protect the contents for another 50 years. Unless otherwise noted, the kits have mint boxes and contents as they were packed 40-50 years ago. Kits from this era were rarely perfect, and some slight imperfections are to be expected. If the kit has the (fs) designation, we have not broken the seal, and the kit is, in fact, factory sealed from the date it was manufactured.
